SAA's Young Professionals Network (YPN) is a growing group of career-minded automotive industry professionals who want to stay abreast of the latest trends, information and networking opportunities. Note: We define “Young” as it relates to the growth stage of a career and not chronological age.
Our Value
An exclusive-industry network, made up of motivated, energetic professionals certain to become the industry's future leaders (analysts, executives, middle managers, recent MBAs). YPN is unique in that it has been designed to represent a wide range of auto industry professionals (bankers, analysts, manufacturing professionals, dealer representatives and consultants) on the growth track and encourages members to get involved and make a difference by becoming active participants in the professional, civic and social aspects of the industry.
YPN offers its members a way to link their personal passions with professional ambitions. The group is the one organization that engages industry professionals across the broad spectrum of the automotive industry, affording them a platform to network, share their insights and make an impact on the future of the industry. By becoming a member of YPN you become part of a larger organization whose benefits are geared toward meeting the needs of the automotive analyst community and to advance the objectives of all industry stakeholders.

To engage professionals across different verticals in the industry and enrich their collective knowledge base and enable them to guide industry through future challenges.
Our Mission
1) To provide attractive industry exclusive events
- Participate in sponsored and informal social events: coffee breaks, panel discussions, auto show events, fundraiser functions, happy hour mixers and holiday parties
- 5-10 meetings (mix of breakfast and evening spotlight functions) per year
2) To enhance the knowledge base of our members
- Learn and develop ideas with members and guest speakers
3) To provide members with opportunities to network and connect with other professionals
- Stay connected in person to members through SAA’s events and on-line through SAA’s LinkedIn network
4) Ultimately, members get out of it what they put into it
- We are seeking those who are engaged and want to be actively involved
- Opportunities to contribute discussion content and post articles to the SAA webpage
